GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Greenfield Maple villas are sophisticated and luxurious abodes created by renowned architects who have magically blended functionality with features and intricately beautiful interiors.
STRUCTURE
The villas are constructed of R.C.C Framed structure comprising of footings, columns, beams & slabs of M20 Grade.
The external walls are made of brick masonry using good quality wire cut bricks of 9” thickness, finished with cement plaster and weatherproof external paint and stone cladding in parts.
The inner walls are made of brick masonry using good quality wire cut bricks of 9” & 4.5” thickness, finished with cement plaster and two coats of putty, one coat of primer and two coats of interior emulsion paint.
The finished floor level is 1’3” high from the driveway level and clear height of floor is 11’0” designed for better lighting and ventilation.
FLOORING
Floorings for living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms are made of 800mm x 800mm designer tiles of RAK/ SOMANY/KAJARIA or equivalent make.
Open terrace is laid with non slippery tiles of leading brands. The Portico has full body vitrified tiles.
TILE CLADDING & DADOING
Kitchen: Glazed ceramic tiles of leading brands are provided for 4’0” height above platform. Good quality Granite countertops of 2’0” wide are provided.
Toilets: The wall tiles have contemporary designed ceramic tiles of RAK/SOMANY/KAJARIA or equivalent with laying up to 7’0” height.
DOORS
Main Door: Solid teak door frames and solid teak shutters are elegantly designed and finished with rich coated melamine polish. The door fittings and hardware have a brass finish.
Other Doors: Beautifully crafted architraves with flush doors. The door fittings and hardware are of branded stainless steel finish.
WINDOWS
Branded UPVC openable windows with glazed panels and clear glass. Elegantly designed MS Grills are provided for all windows.
STAIRCASE
Staircase is made of concrete with architect designed SS Railings. Good quality Granite cladding is provided for treads and risers.
PLUMBING & SANITARY FIXTURES
Hydro pneumatic water supply systems for entire community.
Plumbing lines are of PVC & UPVC for cold water provisions & CPVC pipes for hot water provisions of branded make.
Geyser provisions & solar water heater provisions in all bathrooms.

Wall hung EWCs of Kohler or equivalent brand in all bathrooms with concealed flush tanks.
