Not every apartment project checks the right boxes — Vertex Panache in kokapet comes pretty close.
Located in Kokapet, one of Hyderabad’s faster-growing areas, Vertex Panache is spread out across six towers on about five acres of land. It includes 521 apartments, all of them either 2 or 3 BHK units, with sizes starting at 1,270 sq. ft. and going up to just under 1975 sq.ft.
The buildings aren’t high-rises, really — twelve floors each, which keeps things feeling grounded. There’s space between 6 towers, enough airflow, and plenty of light inside most homes. It's not packed in like some newer communities.
The layout? Simple and effective. Living areas are proportioned well. Bedrooms don’t feel squeezed. Most units have decent balconies, and natural ventilation seems to have been considered during planning. It’s not luxury for the sake of it — just practical living, done well.
The location helps too. It’s close to the Financial District and Gachibowli, so commuting’s easier. But the area still feels a bit away from the chaos. Good mix of access and calm.
Vertex has a decent track record — and you can see that here. It’s not just a stack of flats; it’s built to feel like a place people will actually live in long-term.
