12 MM thickness Cement plaster one coat with sponge finish Ceiling 6 MM.
Walls Finish
Smooth Birla wall Putty finish which also has protection against flaking for both internal and external walls.
Internal Paints
Acrylic emulsion Paints of reputed make over one coat of primer.
External Paints
Two coats of Weather Resistant Paints of reputed brands over one coat of primer.
Main Doors
Teak Wood door frame with threshold, solid teak shutter (partially carved) paneling with melamine polish on both sides. Brass/SS hardware with eye piece, night latch & safety chain.
Internal Doors
Teak wood frame and both sides veneered flush doors/ both sides textured skin hot pressed doors. Powder coated aluminum frames and plain float glass panels.
Windows
Sliding/ casement windows with powder coated aluminum frame and plain float glass panel. Mosquito Nets for Windows, Balconies. Granite Topping for all Window Sills & balcony tops, Internal corridors (where appropriate).
Grills for windows
M.S. enamel painted, aesthetically designed and fixed to the wall: solid square tube sections for 1st and 2nd floors. No grills for 3rd floor onwards.
