Structure

Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) framed structure.

Super-structure

First class light-weight red bricks masonry in cement mortar. Outer walls are of 9" & inner walls are of 4 1½" thickness.

Plastering

Cement mortar sponge finished for both external and internal walls.

Main door: Teakwood frame and shutter, aesthetically designed with melamine polishing, fixed with reputed SS hardware fittings.

Internal doors: Teakwood frame with moulded skin-panelled shutters fixed with reputed brand hardware.
