Concealed Wiring in PVC conduits Anchor or equal Ent Switches and Breaker and DB box Standard or Equal Ent, 3 Phase Power Supply, Ample lighting and Power outlets With required Fan provisions, Light Points in ceiling for common areas With Kundan cables, A.C point will be provided in all bed-rooms.

EXHAUST FAN:

One exhaust fan point will be Provided at the kitchen & Toilet.

PLUMBING :

White colour EWC-S trap Parryware or equalent white washbasins, C.P. Fitting jaguar Or equal Ent S.S/Granite Sink with Long body taps.

PAINTING:

Ceiling Painting two coats Putty With emulsion for interior walls Asian paints or equalent, Exterior Walls painted with ACE Emulsion, Wood Polish for Main Door and Enamel Paints for other doors and MS grill and main door gates.

COMMON AMENITIES:
