-R.C.C Column Foundation with 8”AAC BRICK wall all round and 4”tk wall as Partitions, Internally and Externally.

PLASTERING

-External and Internal wall double coat plaster with smooth finish

PAINTING

-External: Textured finish with 2 coats of external emulsion paint of reputed make

-Internal: Smooth Putty finish with 2 coats of Premium emulsion paint of reputed make over a coat of primer

-Sit-outs: Weather proof paint of reputed make over external putty finish at utility/sitout walls and ceiling

LOFT AND CUPBOARD

-Closed cupboard with cudappah slab and one loft will be provided in each Bedroom and Kitchen

CARPENTRY

-Main door: Teakwood frame with Shutter one side(O.S.T)

-Other doors: Frames- country wood, Shutters- flush door

-Windows: Best country wood or UPVC glazed Shutters with grill
