And even though it’s pre-launch, location-wise, Pallavaram’s not what it used to be. The area’s grown. Good infrastructure, good access to the city, airport not too far, decent schools around... So, you’re not waiting for the place to “develop”. It’s already happening. No official count on total units just yet.
