NSC Global City

This isn’t some cookie-cutter layout either. The houses are designed to give you that individual space,no shared walls, no awkward balconies peeking into your neighbor’s life. Just your own home, the way villas are meant to be. These units come with around 950 sq.ft of living space, so it’s not oversized, but not cramped either. Ideal for small families or first-time buyers who want a proper house, not just a flat in a building.

While the exact unit count hasn’t been listed yet, the space and layout already suggest it won’t be an over-packed setup. It's going to feel more like a calm gated neighborhood rather than a housing block.

And Madhavaram, let’s be honest, has been growing steadily. Better roads, new supermarkets, decent schools, not to mention improved access to major parts of the city. If you're the kind who prefers the charm of villa living but wants to stay connected, this is definitely worth considering.
