Concrete lofts and Cupboards will be provided in bed rooms and kitchen.

Kitchen :

20mm Black Granite counter with Stainless steel sink and Glazed tiles up a height of 2'0" above platform will be provided.

Plumbing :

Concealed CPVC Pipe Line in bathroom, PVC Pipes for rain water, Sanitary Waste line and under ground drainage facility.

Toilet :

EWC / IWC white color sanitary ware (Parryware). Glazed tiles up to a height of 7'0" and Wash basins 2nos. will be provdied.
