Kris Farms

Developed by Arana Developers, this plotted community covers 9.6 acres and includes 210 clearly marked plots, ranging from 600 to 2415 sq. ft. Whether you’re looking to start small or build something more generous, the space adapts easily to what you have in mind.

The layout is simple and intuitive. Roads are wide and easy to move through, plot divisions are clean, and there’s enough space between units to create a sense of privacy—even before anything is built. It’s not an overly styled or flashy development, and that’s part of its charm. What you see is exactly what you get.

Located in Kelambakkam, the site gives you that mix of calm and connection—just close enough to city roads, public transport, and essential amenities, but far enough to slow down when the day ends. You're within reach of schools, hospitals, and the IT stretch along OMR, yet still surrounded by open skies and quiet corners.

This is land you don’t need to rush into. Hold it, build on it, or simply let it grow with time. The potential is there—without pressure.

Kris Farms is where the idea of “later” still makes sense. And where the ground beneath your feet starts to feel like your own.
