Main door - Good quality of teak wood panelled door finished with melamine polish with godrej locks.

Toilet doors - water proofing flush doors.

Tiles:

Entire flat 2’x2’ vitrified tiles/kajaria/somanyand other equivalent brand. Flooring in all bathroom will be 1’x1’ anti-skid tiles and ceramic dado tiles upto 7’ height.

Modular Kitchen:

Granite top, 2’x1 1/2’ stainless steel sink and wall tiles upto 2’ above granite top.
