TV points: Provision in the living room and in all bedrooms

EPABX centrex system: A group centrex will be provided with cabling done up to each apartment. This will be operated by a telecom service provider

Intercom facility: Intercom facility (within centrex) from each apartment to security room, clubhouse & other apartments will be provided

Cellular phone boosters: Provided in lift well and inside the towers for better mobile phone connectivity

100% DG power backup: Users to pay DG power usage charges at actual rates, as per metered consumption
