WALLS

External exposed walls 6" thickness, internal walls 4' thickness with quality Solid Blocks. Smooth finishing for internal walls and sponge finish for External walls.

PAINTING

Interior walls with premium Tractor Emulsion with roller finish. Washable distemper for ceiling. External with Apex emulsion / equivalent paint. Enamel paint for internal doors, grills, and railings.

JOINERY

MAIN DOOR: Teak wood frame and venieer finished polished Shutter. All other Doors with hard wood frame and flush shutters with standard Fittings. WINDOWS: are provided 3 track Aluminium windows with safety mosquito mesh and M.S. Grills.

FLOORING

Vitrified Tile for flooring size 2ft x 2ft in all rooms and antiskid ceramic flooring in balconies and wash area. Granite Flooring in corridors and staircase areas.

TOILETS

Antiskid ceramic flooring and glazed tiles dado up to 7ft height and good quality sanitary fittings (CERA / PARRYWARE / HINDWARE) along with good quality CP fittings (JAGUAR/CERA or equivalent).

ELECTRICAL

Concealed PVC pipes and copper wiring with all necessary points for lights, fans, etc. Telephone, T.V., and A/C points in Hall and Master bedrooms. All switches/sockets are ANCHOR / NORTHWEST etc., Wires of FINOLEX or ANCHOR or EQUIVALENT.

PLUMBING

All water pipelines are CPVC pipes of ASTROL / ASHIRWAD make. Sewer lines for external use PVC PRINCE or SUPREME make.

ELEVATOR

4 Nos 6 passenger lift of Standard Make.

GENERATOR

Full power backup for all common areas and lifts, and provide 0.5 kva for each flat.
